Nightshade on Elm is set to reopen for its fourth season this Thursday, welcoming customers back beginning at 7:30 a.m. at its corner location in downtown Hancock.
After a brief seasonal pause, the coffee shop returns with an updated menu that includes both pricing adjustments and several new food offerings designed to expand its signature selection.
Among the highlights are two newly introduced items:
- The Sea Witch — a bagel sandwich featuring smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, and red onion, offering a fresh and briny flavor profile.
- The Hollow — a hearty option made with shaved steak, caramelized onions, American cheese, and horseradish sauce, crafted for a rich and savory experience.
Staff have been preparing behind the scenes in anticipation of the reopening, aiming to deliver a refreshed experience while maintaining the shop’s familiar atmosphere.
In addition to the updated food menu, Nightshade on Elm announced that a lineup of seasonal spring drink specials will be released in the coming weeks.
The reopening marks the start of another season for the local café, which continues to serve as a gathering spot for residents and visitors alike.
